Hi there, i brought this today and I went to the website. I followed the instruction but when I put Promo Code then showed me that this code is not valid. Is something wrong on that website?

Hi please follow the redemption instructions on your GrabOne voucher. On the product page you will see it says 'Start Personalising' and below is where you enter the name (do this before you click ADD TO CART). You can check the personalisation you have entered in the shopping cart where it says 'Show/Edit Personalisation Details'. I hope this assists. Kind regards Vanessa.
